Health FormPilot uses medical records stored in iOS Health & Android 16 Health Connect apps for correcting billing errors. It reduces the time spent by medical professionals on billing and insurance issues by 50% and lowers burnout.

Our primary mission: empower patients and healthcare professionals to save time, reduce costs, and alleviate stress by minimizing errors in medical billing and insurance claims – turning complexity into confidence.

Health FormPilot will analyze medical records to pre-fill insurance forms and decrease billing errors allowing medical practitioners to focus more on patient’s needs vs. spending close to half of the appointment time on insurance and billing related issues. Medical  assistant/nurse also saves 30% of their time by using HDIM.

Motivation to implement Health FormPilot will be driven by time savings achieved by both Medical Practitioner and by Intake Medical Professional leading to a larger number of patients served and could not be achieved by other means.
