These Website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the “General Website Terms”) apply only to SDRG, LLC’s public website pages and interactions for technology consulting, recruiting and workforce services, employer and candidate inquiries, partnership opportunities, FIT Centre-related business information, and general contact with SDRG.
A page clearly identified as Health FormPilot, a Health FormPilot campaign or landing page reached from an advertisement, or a Health FormPilot service communication is a Health FormPilot surface even if it uses the sdrg-us.com domain or shares website navigation. The Health FormPilot Privacy Policy and Terms of Service controls that surface. When a visitor leaves a Health FormPilot surface and enters a general SDRG page, these General Website Terms apply to the general page.

General Website Privacy Policy
1Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
SDRG may collect information you voluntarily provide through general website forms or business email, including:
- name, email address, telephone number, organization, professional role, and preferred contact method;
- selected inquiry type and the contents of a message;
- technology-consulting, employer, workforce, partnership, vendor, or other business-inquiry information;
- CVs, resumes, work history, education, skills, professional references, work authorization information, and other candidate information submitted for recruiting purposes; and
- records of meetings, introductions, proposals, or communications you request in connection with SDRG’s general business lines.
1.2 Information collected automatically
The general website and its hosting, security, and form-service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
- IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, and date and time of access;
- cookie choices and page-functionality events; and
- website security, server, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic logs.
2Sensitive Information and Health FormPilot Submissions
Do not send medical records, disability or claim forms, health information, Social Security numbers, banking information, government identification numbers, passwords, or similar sensitive information through the general website contact form or ordinary email.
Documents intended for a Health FormPilot review must be uploaded only through the Health FormPilot app. Health FormPilot campaign pages, paid attorney advertisements, external law-firm intake links, and dedicated call-forwarding numbers are governed by the Health FormPilot Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, not this General Website Privacy Policy.
Candidates do not need to disclose a disability or provide medical documentation to be considered for an opportunity. If an accommodation is requested, SDRG will handle related information only as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.
3How We Use General Website Information
SDRG may use information governed by this policy to:
- respond to general inquiries;
- discuss technology consulting, workforce, recruiting, employer, vendor, or partnership opportunities;
- evaluate candidate submissions and communicate with candidates, employers, and workforce partners;
- make a business or partner introduction requested by the person providing the information;
- prepare proposals and administer prospective or existing business relationships;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the general website;
- prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
- maintain business records and enforce agreements; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
SDRG does not sell personal information collected through its general website contact forms or candidate-submission channels. This statement concerns only the general website activities governed by this policy and does not describe the separate Health FormPilot advertising and call-routing practices disclosed in the Health FormPilot Privacy Policy.
4Recruiting and CV Submissions
By submitting a CV or candidate inquiry, you authorize SDRG to review the information, communicate with you, and consider you for relevant opportunities. SDRG may share candidate information with a prospective employer or workforce partner when you have agreed to be considered for that opportunity or otherwise authorized the disclosure.
Submitting a CV does not create an employment, contractor, agency, placement, or other business relationship and does not guarantee an interview, introduction, engagement, or placement. Unless you request earlier deletion, SDRG may retain candidate CVs and related professional information for up to 24 months from submission, with longer retention only where permitted or required for legal, dispute, audit, security, insurance, or compliance reasons.

5Partnership, Consulting, and Business Inquiries
Information submitted for a partnership, consulting, employer, vendor, or other business inquiry may be used to evaluate the opportunity, communicate with the parties involved, prepare a proposal, and administer requested discussions. If you request an introduction to FIT Centre or another identified organization, SDRG may share information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction.
Each independent organization remains responsible for its own products, services, program content, contracts, pricing, payments, privacy and security practices, decisions, and support.
6Service Providers and Other Disclosures
SDRG may disclose general website information to:
- website-hosting, email, security, form, communications, customer-relationship, and technical-service providers;
- prospective employers or workforce partners as described in Section 4;
- business or program partners when an introduction or related communication has been requested;
- professional advisers assisting with legal, accounting, insurance, security, or compliance matters;
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or legal process; and
- a successor organization in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
Service providers process information in connection with their services to SDRG, subject to applicable agreements, terms, and law.
8Retention and Security
Except for the candidate-retention period in Section 4, SDRG retains information governed by this policy only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legitimate business needs, security, dispute resolution, and legal or compliance obligations.
SDRG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request:
- access to personal information SDRG holds about you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of certain information;
- a portable copy of information you provided; and
- information about how your data is used or disclosed.

10Children’s Privacy
The general website is intended for business users, employers, candidates, partners, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and SDRG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general website. 11Processing in the United States
SDRG is a Texas company. Information submitted through the general website may be stored or processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in another location.
12Changes to This Privacy Policy
SDRG may update this General Website Privacy Policy as its general website, business activities, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on the general website legal page with an updated Effective Date. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate or legally required.

3Business Services and Engagements
Descriptions of SDRG’s technology consulting, recruiting, workforce, and partnership activities are general summaries only. No website content, form submission, email, meeting, introduction, proposal discussion, or preliminary communication creates a binding engagement, partnership, agency, employment, contractor, fiduciary, or other relationship.

Employment, contracting, payroll, classification, immigration, and payment responsibilities depend on the applicable workforce model and written agreement.

SDRG may introduce users to independent organizations, employers, candidates, educational providers, professionals, vendors, or other partners in connection with its general business lines. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, SDRG does not control or assume responsibility for a third party’s products, services, content, decisions, pricing, payment processing, privacy or security practices, or support.

7Health FormPilot Is Governed Separately
Health FormPilot is a separate app and web-based service with its own scope, limitations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. The Health FormPilot policy applies to the Health FormPilot app, product page, campaign and landing pages, service communications, free educational sessions, paid attorney advertisements, external law-firm intake links, and dedicated call-forwarding numbers.

The general website contact form and ordinary email must not be used to submit documents intended for Health FormPilot.
8User Submissions and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for information you submit. You may not:
- submit information you do not have the right to provide;
