Security and Drive configuration
Set up staff access, security and sharing settings, and HIPAA compliant Drive folder structure.
Gemini setup and patient document checks
Configure eligible Gemini features. The package also includes a tool that helps patients identify missing information and common mistakes in draft disability insurance documents before submitting them to their physician.
Training and support
One 60-minute staff session, written instructions and up to 30 minutes of follow-up assistance within 14 days.
The standard package covers one practice, one Google Workspace organization, one domain and up to five staff users.
Your practice owns the account, accepts Google’s legal requirements and pays Google directly for its subscriptions.
Custom help for your office
We can also develop assistants and templates to help staff find office procedures, check insurance documents for missing information or prepare administrative drafts. Your team reviews the results before using them.
